Specimen Locality: Wagholi Quarry, Pune District, Maharashtra, India

Mineral Description: A superb, undamaged cavansite, a rare calcium vanadium silicate, with top color and luster! Basalt matrix coated on one side by sparkling, pearly white stilbite crystals with a large cluster of sparkling, brilliant blue cavansite crystals measuring 4.0 x 2.7 cm in size cascading down the center. This is about as good as cavansite gets! Height: 7.3 Width: 5.7 Depth: 5 cm
