Specimen Locality: Starnitsa Deposit, Davidkovo ore Field, Smolyan Province, Bulgaria

Mineral Description: A fantastic rhodochrosite specimen with unusual secondary minerals (stilbite). The specimen consists of a plate of dolostone coated on one side with stilbite and the other side with medium-pink rhodochrosite crystals which are mixed with clear quartz crystals (some of which are doubly terminated) and off-white stilbites. Minor pyrite on the specimen as well. Height: 10 Width: 8 Depth: 2.8 cm
