Mineral Description: Dozens of orange-red hexagonal vanadinite crystals on matrix. many are dusted with a white calcite druze. according to mindat.org, the mine is “A former small surface and underground Pb-Cu-Zn-Mo-Ag-Au (V) mine located in the center of sec. 9, T.13S., R.12E, 1 mile ENE of the Tucson Mountain Park. Owned/operated, in whole or in part, by Col. Randolph; the International Ore Separation Co.; Reilly Mines Co.; Consolidated Mining And Milling (1986); and the Tucson Ore Milling Co.” Dimensions: 9 x 6 x 2 cm
