Specimen Locality: Loliondo, Ngorongoro District, Arusha Region, Tanzania

Mineral Description: A muscovite mica matrix which has three translucent orange spessartine garnets perched along one side in a tight cluster. The largest garnet is 1.3 cm in diameter. There are two garnets with some damage on the back side. Great piece in matrix. Most of these you see are single garnets with no matrix. Height: 7.2 Width: 4.7 Depth: 3.5 cm
