Specimen Locality: Mashamba West Mine, Katanga, Dem. Republic of Congo

Mineral Description: A very nice polished slice through a concentrically-ringed malachite stalactite. As you can see in the photo, there is a thin crack down the middle, but the specimen is intact and does not seem to have been repaired. If it were not for this crack, the specimen would be twice as expensive. Height: 10.7 Width: 9.5 Depth: 0.4 cm
