Specimen Locality: Shiurampur, Maharashtra, India

Mineral Description: A really interesting cluster of green apophyllite and brown apophyllite. The green is caused by inclusions of celadonite (a weathering byproduct of basalt) in the apophyllite during crystal growth. The last photo has been backlit to show the translucency of the specimen. Excellent condition. Height: 7.5 Width: 6.5 Depth: 2 cm
