Mineral Description: From this historic European lead-silver mining area that closed over 100 years ago, this is a classic siderite specimen consisting of sharp, lustrous, translucent, olive-brown colored, rhombohedral crystals to 1.8 cm across. Some of the siderites have a coating of tiny, colorless scalenohedral calcite crystals. There is some periphery wear on the right side but it does not detract much. Siderite specimens of this quality are uncommon from this ancient locality. Comes with previous dealer?s label with a price of $200.00. Height: 8.6 Width: 5.8 Depth: 3.4 cm
