Specimen Locality: Flor de Peru I Claim, Mt. Ullpac, Pampa Blanca, Castrovirreyna District, Castrovirreyna Province, Huancavelica Dept., Peru

Mineral Description: Very fine and large, glassy, transparent, sharply formed, colorless Japan-law twinned quartz crystal on a small crystallized quartz matrix. The quality is very high for a specimen of this size from this important locality and it is quite lustrous as most are somewhat frosted. Microscopic chipping on the upper left edge of the crystal, otherwise, in excellent condition. Height: 12.6 Width: 9 Depth: 4.2 cm
