Specimen Locality: Wessels Mine, Kalahari Manganese Field, Northern Cape Province, South Africa

Mineral Description: A very good specimen of translucent, salmon-red inesite crystals arranged in radial clusters, sprinkled with small, colorless datolite crystals, on matrix. There is a small area on the upper left side of the inesites that is incomplete which is typical of these. Inesite specimens from the Wessels Mine are highly desirable and represent the best of the species. In fine condition. Height: 5.1 Width: 3.6 Depth: 3.3 cm
