Mineral Description: A classic example of galena from the Tri-State area. The specimen exhibits large cubic crystals of galena covered with modified, beveled subcrystals on the surface. This has been referred to
as fortification style due to the octahedral structures which resemble castles of antiquity. Height: 3.8 Width: 3.2 Depth: 2 cm
