Specimen Locality: Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Namibia

Mineral Description: Several glassy translucent crystals of cerussite (up to 1.5 cm) on a white dolomite matrix. There are hundreds of 1-2 mm rhombs of white dolomite along the back side of the specimen, along with hundreds of microcrystals of Mottramite(?). The red seen in the third photo is from the putty which was used to mount the specimen at some point in the past and should clean off with a water gun. Height: 2.3 Width: 5.5 Depth: 7.2 cm
