Specimen Locality: Moscona Mine, Solis, Corvera de Asturias, Asturias, Spain

Mineral Description: At first glance, you might think this came from the famous mines in Shullsburg but it is not. The specimen consists of a single terminated calcite crystal with a nailhead of calcite perched on the tip. There is very minor bruising in a few places, but this could be taken care of with a cotton swab soaked in mild acid. Excellent form. Height: 9.5 Width: 6 Depth: 5.5 cm
