Specimen Locality: Irai City, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

Mineral Description: A very nice spray of four terminated translucent calcite crystals attached to a bit of basalt matrix. I did not realize until photographing this under UV lights that this specimen has been repaired. This is a very good job and is only noticeable under UV light (the glue fluoresces and can bee seen at the XL joints). Height: 3 Width: 6 Depth: 6 cm
