Mineral Description: A matrix of kaolinite hosts a flattened disk of deep blue lustrous azurite. These grow between layers of kaolin and are then exposed by etching the clay away with an air abrader. The azurite disk is 4 cm in diameter. Height: 10.7 Width: 7 Depth: 4 cm
