Specimen Locality: Water Well #3, Momin Akhada, near Rahuri, Ahmadnagar District, Maharashtra, India

Mineral Description: Basalt matrix completely covered on one side by satiny white stilbite crystals to 1.1 cm across with several glassy, gemmy mint green Apophyllite-KF crystals with flat pinacoid terminations, some with corner modifications. The largest apophyllite crystal is 1.6 cm in length. Some micro chipping under 15x magnification. The back side has been slightly shaped with a trim saw. In very good condition overall. This specimen was mined in spring 2013. Height: 6.2 Width: 3.8 Depth: 3.3 cm
