Specimen Locality: Middle Cretaceous (~110 MYA), Mahajanga Province, Madagascar

Mineral Description: This is a very nice polished ammonite pair (both halves are included in specimen) which has several chambers filled with mud and several filled with drusy calcite. The chambers which are not filled with mud are nicely translucent when backlit. Height: 11 Width: 9 Depth: 2 cm
